My support rep, SYLVIA, was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. She was able to provide all the information I needed to renew and validate the MDC certificate quickly. The MDC was also reasonably priced. The only reason for the 4-star rating is for the experience with the related companies over the last 10 years and the brand confusions. But... if they are able to provide quick support like they did today, to handle a pending SSL expiration, and continue to improve their support options, I'll be happy to use them as an SSL vendor in the future.
