I had a typo on my CSR and the customer portal was not allowing me to update it... I called and SYLVIA was very helpful..., I thought I was in a bad spot because of my typo but SYLVIA was able to help me out very quickly. I was impressed on how fast and easy it was, I just sent her the CSR via email and she updated it for me. Kudos for SYLVIA
