We've used Sectigo for years for our various site SSL certificates, without any real issues. This time around, while renewing one of our site SSLs, the validation email didn't come through. After just a few minutes on live chat with Vinson from Validation, it had been resent and we were able to carry on with our updates. Would definitely recommend Sectigo for SSLs
