I wished I had read the reviews here sooner. I bought an EV cert. Things start to stall when it came to the phone call verification where they are to call my company to verify. Problem: they obtained the phone number from some unofficial source (probably those free directories that crawl the web) and it was already replaced with a new number. So things went silent. And they never bothered to alert us who paid money for the cert until we contacted their reseller SSL. Went through the whole nine yards of chatting with SSL support several times, raising tickets with Sectigo, ... still no news. Had to spoon feed them on how to find a government website to get a proper reference to the official numbers. Still no news. Worst service ever.
