Lack of Communication

If their communication was better I would've given them a 5 rating. They need training in the communication area, I waited a week for my Instant SSL only to be told that they were waiting for me to email or fax verification paper work that they never requested. After approximately 2 weeks I was able to get all paper work verified and my SSL issued. Other than the communication problem during the paper work verification the SSL was issued and worked without any problems. Very simple install process installed in less then 15 minutes with the help of Bluehost support.
