Cheap, but not worth it

One of our certificates took several MONTHS to be reissued when a change was required. On another certificate, when we went to renew early they were unable to set the expiration date correctly to avoid shorting us time, even after 4 tries. For contrast, another company we use was able to do a renewal without a new CSR and not only did the get the expiration date correct, but they added a couple bonus months for renewing early.
