I ordered on Friday that the cert issue was urgent so we could publish an urgent software update. They responded but were very slow to respond over the next couple days. My time is worth more than the cost savings of their discounted certificate vs a full price certificate. I went with digicert (on Sunday) and asked them to issue urgently. Although their helpdesk is closed on Sundays, I was surprised to receive a response almost immediately that it's being processed and requesting our phone bill to confirm the telephone number. Comodo demanded they call me at our main company phone number. Since when does a CEO answer a main company phone line. they just don't get it, and certainly do not value my time as much as I do.
