it can take over 65 mail and some phonecalls to get things moving they are quite cheap, but their site is unclear and as a returning customer to renew cert is is horrible, unvlear direction, to say the least. pay first and solve all later is normal for me. had Symantec before and that was so much easier, but also 4 tiems more expensive, but time is money..
