Worst customer experience ever

I am amazed this company is still in operation considering the horrible experience I have had trying to validate our EV SGC SSL certificate. For validation purposes they would only use a number that relates to our contact centre to talk with one of our board of directors. They would never call at the times stated. Contact centre was either closed or they confused the contact centre rep as the could not understand the comodo rep due to horrible connection. I also tried calling them, was like having a conversation with somebody in another room the connection was that bad. Comodo somehow managed to obtain board member's mobile number and have been constantly calling him to validate at all hours of the day with no consideration of the time difference between whenever they are and NZ. This has been going on for a couple of weeks so advised via online chat that we wanted to cancel the order. Comodo have been told 5 times online to stop calling board member, but they still persist. Please avoid these guys like the plague. They are truly awful
