Product: Code Signing Certificate

You might think buying a code signing certificate would be a straight forward process; you fill in the information they ask for, and hand over your money. They verify you have the authority to obtain the certificate and send it to you. Right? Not right. I didn't bother to look for reviews until things started to go wrong. So far, no certificate, just a series of emails back and forth in which they refer over and over to a different web domain that has nothing to do with the order. Every time I tell them that the domain they are referring to has nothing to do with the order they just ignore me. The emails are all in broken english which makes it hard to understand, and I'm guessing they probably aren't understanding me either.
