I won't order a Comodo cert again

My EV cert was going to expire in less than a month. I have an online shopping cart. I received no warning whatsoever that it was expiring. Instead, I just happened to notice that the 2-year cert was expiring. I contacted Comodo 21 days ago and paid at that time for a new 2-year EV cert. They haven't even verified my phone number yet. I have emailed them repeatedly asking them what the delay is, but my cert now expires in 5 days. This is bullshit. I would never recommend Comodo to anyone.
