Product: Code Signing Certificate

Dreadful experience. I ordered a code-signing certificate and sent them my notarized documents. The notary is not full-time and did not list her phone number in an online directory. So they refused to issue the certificate. (Entered 0 but 1 was the minimum allowed) I actually had my docs authenticated TWICE by two separate notaries but they kept nit-picking and making ridiculous demands.
