Sectigo SSL Certificate Reviews

My experience was poor. I am busy starting a Company so have the name reserved in the UK at Companies House. They take no notice of that situation in requesting documentary evidence that clearly cannot be provided until you are trading. I could not seem to get this through to them. In frustration I switched to making an individual application instead. I provided them with everything they asked for: passport, bank statement, utility bill, WHoIS information and proof of domain ownership - only for them to then come back and ask me to then get everything signed off by a Lawyer at my own cost. This was the first time this had been mentioned. Given they already had all the ID required for any normal financial transaction in the UK I considered this unreasonable and cancelled my order. In my view, they have proven to be quite inflexible and difficult to communicate with.
