Product: Positive SSL Wildcard

Installed wildcard SSL, had chain trust problems and called support. Many calls to support, each time it was here's an answer, try it and call back. (Basically get rid of customer as quick as possible). Sent in documentation 3 times before they got it. Finally got to advanced support which resolved the problem. Overall not very happy with Comodo.
