We erroneously paid SSL money intended for another company. We are based in South Africa and dealt with Victoria who was just brilliant. She took the time to understand our problem and assisted us through every step. Even though we weren't intending to buy a certificate we now see SSL as a brand aligned to excellence just because of the service provided by Victoria.
