I utilized the chat function that begged to be clicked on and their support responded immediately. The representative gave me a link to exactly what I needed and I got the certificate ordered and issued in less than 30 minutes. The representative also was able to get me a free year on top of the 2 years I purchased based on a promotion of some kind. Confusing web site when ordering products but great customer support.
