The customer support rep (Cambri) responded instantly to my inquiry, without wasting time with fluff phrases and overpoliteness. I like this approach - it shows the company is keeping up with the times (we're not contacting the customer support for prolonged polite chat - we wan't to resolve a situation as quickly as possible) and the response actually worked as I hoped it would.
