Good customer support, website could use some work

The website interface for ordering certs is confusing to navigate and it takes some effort to see which version of cert I should order. A couple of the certs got stuck waiting for validation, but the customer support rep was quite fast at remedying the situation. Overall, I would expect a better interface on the website, but the personal customer support was good.
