I have been a customer with Comodo for many years. I would login in (once) and select type of cert needed easily and submitted my payment and CSR with no issue and with in minutes of validating I would get my certificate. Now I was redirected to a new Comodo site - where I had to keep logging in then the type of certs changed and had issues with that - Thank God for the patience of your Manager of Sales, Fausta M. Diaz, she dealt with my annoyance and quickly helped me to get the Certs in a friendly calm manner. Please fix your new site issues. Thanks.
