Mary- has been helping me with multiple EV -SSL certificates for several years. I Have also been dealing with a few others and they are all very professional and dedicated toward making my experience as seamless as possible. However, one must understand that in the security business things take time and need certain attention- not always easy, but these folks have been the best.
