Still waiting for EV SSL certificate to be issued

First and foremost Russell, the support specialist I spoke to in regards to this EV SSL certificate was super nice and helpful. Definitely, 5 starts there. When it comes to the validation team and the time it takes for them to actually issue the certificate (We ordered it on 12/11/2018 and did SSL Certificate Validation on 12/19/2018) it is going rather slow. I really hoped that we would have the issued certificate by now. If there are questions I would have thought that someone would have contacted us, but so far nothing. Anyway, it's still in progress. I am happy that they are doing their due diligence when it comes to checking everything out, but it is taking a bit long now. Thanks.
