First year was great, good price, okay (not great) documentation. Something happened with the company Sectigo "rebranding". Company push a "renewal" email which had the start date of month 2+ months overlapping previous cert (effectually a 10-month cert). The "renewal" cert was completely different and did not work. Tickets take 24 hours to get a response. Their answer was to buy another cert, which I did, from a different company.
