Everything about this service has been poor - for the money we have had to pay, I have barely heard anything from Sectigo. I had to contact the support in which I was asking questions that were completely ignored, for example "Was I meant to have received an email with the next steps?" Then I was given links that didn't all work. Not happy about anything with this transaction, it's a joke.
