Allen did a good job getting me past issues with the EV eSigner Cloud Key Adapter. However, the ssl.com console interface is a terrible user interface. It's very convoluted, it uses unfamiliar language and it acts in very strange ways. You desperately need a quality UI designer to complete redesign the whole thing from top to bottom.

On the technical side the services SSL.com offers worked flawlessly for me. I have a minor chagrin with the somewhat cluttered web user interface that does not always hide the controls in the places where I would intuitively expect them
