SSL.com SSL Certificate Reviews

I ordered an offline usable code signing certificate from ssl.com online for my employer company. The company verification was thorough, but manageable. It was really useful, that not only a machine was on the other side, but helpful people, so I could always ask for help during the verification process. We only wanted to order the offline certificate, and download it to a Yubikey token, and not use the online e-Signer service, but somehow that service also has been activated and invoiced for the first couple of months. After we realized this, the customer service (specifically Allen, to whom I am really grateful) was helpful to cancel the online service and the corresponding unwanted invoices. He also helped me to solve a technical problem regarding the Yubikey token, which I ordered from a local supplier (to avoid intercontinental shipment). So finally, everything sorted out just fine, the certificate is available and usable on the offline token.
