I was trying to install sandbox certificate on the server and there were issues with sign using evSigner, Dhoi was patiently analyzing issue with me and seeking solutions with internal team and was able to resolve the issue after several debug sessions.

Tech support ended up walking me through what should have been retrieving a simple code signing certificate. Tech support was great, the process, web site and locally installed utility were horrific and crashed a lot.

As an independent software dev, I find ssl.com to be a reliable partner. Sometimes the website is a little confusing with regard to process, but support is top notch. I ran into trouble with an existing cert and Jerry in support was able to handle in clear and helpful language.
