I received a Yubikey but could not find the click location to activate the key on SSL.com after logging into my account. Allen from SSL.com technical support returned my call for assistance and was both knowledgeable and patient. He used GoToMeet to have me share my computer screen. After working through my challenges, the Yubikey was activated, and then extra steps were needed to reset the Yubikey PIN. Allen saved the day. I could not have guessed my way through all of the steps involved to have succeeded on my own.
