I just ordered an S/MIME certificate "Individual Validation (IV) S/MIME Certificate" and couldn't get it running for encryption (singing worked) on Thunderbird. I chatted with Allen from SSL support team and he helped me to generate a new certificare that works fine now. Probally Thunderbird does not support elliptic encryption. RSA with 4096 key length does work propperly. Thanks a lot to Allen from the supporter team! Have a merry christmas and a happy new year!

I have bought a new EV Code Signing, which now requires to use a Yubikey with FIPS technology. This makes harder to configure than before. Allen was helping us to have our system working again with the new certificate. He was super fast answering and with direct and perfect action items for us to take.
