Our business with SwissSign has been very satisfactory so far - the products we used in high value customer projects are excellent. We were particularly happy with Customer Service. When one of our Sys Admins aborted the order process on their website, a CS representative almost immediatly and without prompting inquired about questions we might be having as to the order process or product line. It's this kind of attentiveness that is often lacking in other vendors of this kind.
