I've had to speak with DigiCert representatives on a few occasions and they always respond very quickly and politely. They've never failed to answer a question immediately. Great service and a great product! I dont get the same impression from competitors like Network Solutions.

Ran into some problems updating our SAN certificates. Something screwed up. I rarely have much to do with certs and it's a bit of a dark art as far as I am concerned. Support responded to my request for assistance almost immediately and two guys spent about 5 hours all together to get things back online for me. I could never have done it on my own. Superb service

Support. I was having a nasty problem with installing my wildcard cert on a W2008R2 server. It was unexpecting cause I had done it on several other servers with the same OS. I chatted with Larry, who found the solution to my problem and managed to explain it so I could fix it. Magicician is what he is. You better take good care of this employee :)

I'll keep it short and sweet. The support was brilliant. Exchange wanted to give me a nightmare with certificates, the antidote was some bloke "Joe C" from Digicert support. Yes they aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but value for money can't be beaten. That Joe C fella stayed with me in the online chat until everything and I mean everything was working 100% and spoke to me as a human not like dirt as some companies do. 2 thumbs up folks. Oh and their automated tools are suburb.

Hi, we have been talking to Digicert for almost 2 weeks about how to buy an EV Certificate (We are not located in the US), lots of emails. Suddenly they stopped answering my emails and I had to go through their chat to try to get an answer. While on the chat they say they don't offer what I need (huh??). If I haven't gone through the online chat they would leave me hanging forever. Also, the guy (Paul) on the Digicert chat, didn't finish serving me, just closed the window on my face. Really terrible. Not a great experience.
