I'll keep it short and sweet. The support was brilliant. Exchange wanted to give me a nightmare with certificates, the antidote was some bloke "Joe C" from Digicert support. Yes they aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but value for money can't be beaten. That Joe C fella stayed with me in the online chat until everything and I mean everything was working 100% and spoke to me as a human not like dirt as some companies do. 2 thumbs up folks. Oh and their automated tools are suburb.

Hi, we have been talking to Digicert for almost 2 weeks about how to buy an EV Certificate (We are not located in the US), lots of emails. Suddenly they stopped answering my emails and I had to go through their chat to try to get an answer. While on the chat they say they don't offer what I need (huh??). If I haven't gone through the online chat they would leave me hanging forever. Also, the guy (Paul) on the Digicert chat, didn't finish serving me, just closed the window on my face. Really terrible. Not a great experience.

I fill out everything, and went out for a coffee, and the certificate was ready when I came back. I didn't expect it to happen that quickly. In the past, I purchased from others, and sometimes even weeks after the purchase the certificate wasn't ready, but with DigiCert it was so fast and easy!

I dread updating certs, or adding certs, in general, anything to do with certs. Okay, SSL can be complex, but the issuing process need not be. So its a Friday night, I've had a beer and decided to test out these dudes to see if they live up to the hype. WOW, not only did I throw a curve ball in at them mid way during the request (I switched from single to multi domain EV), but refused the first batch of mails to verify the domains. Well 1 hour, 46 min later, fully EV verified certs installed and live... Thats how certs are done, thats how customer support is delivered. These guys have understood the product, the process and the customer and perfected it. In short, I've found a new provider for all my customers cert needs. Worth every single cent and some more. Could not recommend these guys high enough!

When dealing with something sensitive like SSL certificates and code signing certificates, the quality of technical support you receive is very important and to us DigiCert provided unmatched technical support. Support technicians are aware of the domain, and they posses good analytical skills which make talking to them very interesting. I definitely recommend DigiCert for anyone who wants to purchase a SSL certificate or a Code Signing Certificate.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Nick P in the live chat. I got on and asked if you provided installation assistance to which he stated you did. I also asked that I needed it installed by Wednesday morning to which Nick stated he could have it done within the hour. Impressed I ordered right away and Nick proceeded to walk me through every step, even starting a screen sharing session when I got stuck. He succeeded in assisting me to install the cert with three minutes to spare. I thank him very very much for making my life easy. I have the trade show at WFX in Nashville on Wednesday that we are hoping to launch our store for pre-orders and thanks to Nick I saved tons of time and that was made possible. I appreciate you having competent people on the chat that are able to assist from beginning to end, and have the knowledge to fix errors. I accidentally inserted a / where it didnt belong, not even in the section of code we were editing and Nick spotted it and directed me on how to fix it. I again am very grateful. While not actually a customer, I was using their site to look at a couple of tools, and had some questions regarding the specifications of the tools they were using. I was greeted promptly in chat and was provided clear direction that I needed. --Sorry that I sullied the "speed rating" and "ease of ordering" results, this site requires a response to those questions.

I have never been helped so fast, reliable and efficient as by Digicert. Actually, the callcenter agents have no idea how fast they really are! ;) I needed some changes made to our MKPI account and whilst the agent was explaining that it should take some minutes for the system to actually show the changes made...they were already there hahaha very good job guys and girl!
