DigiCert have excellent support and if you don't deal with certificates often as is the case for me that is a huge plus. They've walked me through everything I needed to do on several occasions and never lost patience. Everyone in live chat I've had the pleasure of working with was very professional and courteous. Best thing about DigiCert? The price is unbeatable. They're accommodating for independent developers. The support staff are extremely knowledgeable, and yes, English seems to be the support staffs primary language.
