I had a VERY easy time getting a duplicate of my SAN certificate that worked under my new Wild card certificate. The associate in chat was patient with me and walked me through even my repetitive questions to ensure it worked. Grade A!

Their support is great, which is important for me since i have fairly little experience with SSL certs. They are not the cheapest ones, but the price is fair. Would probably use digicert for personal projects if i ever require a proper SSL cert.
