Value is not measured in just the cost of the certificate, but also in the customer service, acceptance, etc. I have no doubt of the acceptance, and anyone around the net can verify that DigiCert certificates are widely accepted. Customer service is something that can be valued generally only after you've made your purchasing decision. Not so with DigiCert! I had several questions before making the purchase. I used their chat service to chat with Logan. He answered all my questions and then some, gave me very relevant links, and even gave me his email for follow-up questions after the purchase was complete. Very available! Very friendly!

Just wanted to know if it was possible to unhide hidden duplicates. Through the chatbox the operator could provide me with any data on the hidden ones. Great!

I was reviewing options for renewing a 3 yr UC cert that was nearing expiration. We only needed it for 30 days probably until it was decom'd. After explaining the situation to online tech (Chris), he requested to speak on the phone and proactively extended it for 60 more days! There's a reason that I exclusively buy certs from Digicert now!!!

As webmaster and market place owner i can recommend Digicert for effective and efficient support ! It was a renewal, smooth and quick. Price also is affordable for support and high quality certificates, especialy if it is a fresh business or not yet profitable web site. I appreciated all web hosted tutorials and step by step explanations for the technical part on server side. Great customer support, always quick and helpful and friendly. Even issues that might not be their problem they are always insightful and knowledgeable in pointing you at where to look. Unlike other customer support at other place where you dread making "that call" I've always felt great talking to DigiCert; because I know they will answer quickly without a long wait on hold and be nice and courteous, none of that 'oh great another problem, I guess I'll help' you sometimes can hear in customer supports voices. And they have always been able to help in even the most bizarre problems as they know their stuff.
