Tried to get certs from three other providers. What a joke!!! Went to Digicert and they were awesome! Simple straight forward and zero hassle. They verified everything quickly, personally called and issued the certs under a few hours. Yes, they are more expensive but they are worth it. Considering the time I wasted with others cert providers, it was worth the extra amount. They have real live people that are knowledgeable and friendly.

They give you the tools to succeed. Phone, chat, utilities or email...you will be impressed, no matter what size of company, you are their focus. SLA's? Nope. Everyone is enterprise level support. Nice.

We have switched to DigiCert from another provider, just because they are the only one we found who can merge a wildcard certificate and a SAN certificate for us. The service is truly excellent. Support staffs are expert in the field, answer all questions concisely to the point and the certificate delivery time is almost immediate once validation/documentation provided.

Every time that I have called the Digicert Support Team, they have always been great to work with. They have helped me many times when the problem had nothing to do with their certificate. I deal with many tech support people and they are most definitely NOT the norm.
