22:45 in the evening, middle of exchange cert update which expires tomorrow, so yeah... little time left and already late. Good thing it's midday in US time so prompted livechat to see if they can accelerate the approval process, which they did. Good stuff!

Whenever I have had a question the live chat has never let me down. Different folks I have spoken to have always been able to help me with whatever I needed. During the recent heartbleed openssl fiasco they were great in explaining just what to do to fix the problem.

DigiCert is the first and only code signing certificate I have bought, but so far everything has been pretty easy. I just recently had an issue with my new certificate on a Windows Mobile device, but Chat support was very attentive and quick to respond.

Many thx to digicert, many thx to Clint! All the staff help us but Clint was the first and the last person that helped us! We are on a ecommerce production site for our customer, and he help us for validating the demo certificate and to give us another demo certificate because we have not finished the security testing. An additional SAN needed to be added to an order that was already submitted but not yet issued. Decided to try out the chat function to get this resolved. Was greeted by Brad who amended the order immediately whilst corresponding with me. Changes were completely quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. Simple to use interface as well.

I had to install the cert on Apache without the Mac OS X Server UI. The server had a non-standard directory setup, so I used chat to get some help. I got through to Chris on chat IMMEDIATELY, and he was extremely knowledgable. He walked me through the steps easily, made recommendations for improving security, and I learned some new command line tricks in the process! Best of all, it worked first try.

Due to Citrix inadequacy with SHA2 certificates and iOS receiver version we had to get our certificate reissued as SHA1. The chat support was very quick to respond and within minutes we had the certificate reissued as SHA1. Digicert will stay our place to go for certificates!

Man, what can I say. Being placed in an emergency position were certificates needed to be changed due to an administrative error and having to go through the validation process again, while at 02:30 CST, I would highly recommend digicert support team (a big tanks goes out too Paul and Chris O). The team is always helpful, even if during the early hours on the west (our business hours in Australia). I can’t find any fault with the team and if I could, I would send them a few beers for their help, Thanks guys, you rock! Daniel

DigiCert is fantastic. The Wildcard Plus cert is a great value, with their unlimited re-issues and ability to specify 10 Subject Alternative Names (SAN) per duplicate. Makes it very easy to cover all of the servers in a single domain with one cert. Their support is fantastic as well. We require a strange Extended Key Usage attribute ("Data Encipherment" which is not normally included on a standard cert). I was just able to live chat their support at ~10:30 PM Eastern on a Monday night and got someone who was able to get a duplicate issued with the correct EKU option on it very quickly. From the beginning of the chat to the duplicate issued was under 30 minutes. I highly recommend DigiCert and use them for all of our business needs (and would go to them for personal as well if I had the need).
