Entrust rocks! I used other services in the past and it was cumbersome. With Entrust, it's easy, fast, straightforward and it doesn't take hours to get a certificate. I log into the CMS, do everything by myself and get the certificate right away. No fuss, no muss. Very easy and efficient. Getting SSL with Entrust speeds up the process of setting up servers and deploying apps for our end users and I've been loving it for the last 3 years. Keep it the good work!

I process the certificates for a large corporation and my account is state government. I order directly through a sales rep - who is the best in the business. He's quick, always eager to help with any of my needs and understands my urgent requests if they pop up. Entrust's support group is outstanding as well. They always meet my needs and have never let me down. I use their CMS Entrust pool for nine different agencies which allows me to keep a close eye on inventory and certs coming up for expiration, deactivate and reuse - all so simple and easy to use. You cannot go wrong by choosing Entrust!

After using verisign for years I was conditioned to think there was significant lead time required to create/update/renew certificates. What a joke. Entrust's self service tool has saved me on more than one server farm cutover where a cert issue came up. It's nice to know you can get immediate results.

I have been buying SSL security certificat for the past 10 years, at first I would buy them everywere. Then each time one of them would be needed to be renew, the renewall process was paintfull. Around 5 yrs ago Entrust reached to me, to offer me their web hoster managed account. Since I have a managed account with Entrust all my renewall are centralised. Each time I would need support it got the best service ever. each time i needed to talk to my account manager = best service ever. I would recommand to everybody to some losing time and start a manage account with Entrust.

I've been an Entrust customer for almost 8 years now and have had nothing but a great experience working with them. Their staff is very efficient, and very easy to work with. They have always been very flexible, and focused on their customer's needs. Their website tools are very easy to use, and provide immediate access to certificates. I couldn't imagine using any other vendor for my SSL needs.

Entrust has always provided excellent customer service to me. It doesn't matter if it's an issue or a question. They always go out of their way to help resolve it. Whether I purchase certificates online or through Karen, the results are always the same. I get my cetificates credited to my account in just a few minutes. In the past, Entrust has even let me BORROW some certificates instead of purchasing them. Over the years, we have developed a great relationship and I intend to keep on using Entrust for all of my certificate needs.

The Entrust web interface is very easy to use and very helpful with the added feature of multiple email notification. Its very easy to navigate and find needed information such as SSL cert status, contract information, organization, information, etc. It's reporting tool is very effective in submitting reports of certificate inventory to interested parties. Our account manager is always helpful and makes sure our needs are satisfied. The technical support is very knowledgable and always resolves the issue at hand. Entrust is great for my company's SSL needs. Thank you.

Entrust is much easier than Verisign or any of Verisign's other acquisitions. #1. Entrust allows wildcard ssl certificates and only charges its client a flat rate (instead of per server). #2. Customer Service is quick and easy when I have installation questions. #3. When I need to convert certificates between types, I can send an email or work with customer service and they resolve the unit type issue within a couple hours.

I have been very pleased at the SSL offerings of Entrust. They have done a good job of providing customer service during business hours at no charge and offering 24/7 support for users willing to pay extra. Their portal lets me purchase SSL certificate licenses by credit card and add them to my account instantly. I can then use the Management website to generate an SSL immediately. Their time to approve domains is reasonable and they are responsive if you call to expedite requests that need rapid fulfillment. They have also recently rolled out a suite of tools and functions within the management site to auto discover and manage all of your SSL certificates as well as monitor their expiration dates even if many of the certificates were generated another vendor. I have found their development of new tools and offerings as well as the their monitoring of SSL cryptography hacks to be proactive and helpful.

In working with Julie Griffith over the past year or so I have found her to be prompt to respond to my questions, and needs for quotes as well as being being very friendly. In the last month I have been working with a project group that had some certificate needs that they did not quite understand and seemed to change frequently. Julie was again quick to respond to my questions, and was kind enough to load a few extra items into our inventory while we worked out what we needed. This was a huge help in allowing the project to test out various things and move forward quickly. This is the kind of service other reps, and companies don't seem to understand these days. Have been using Entrust exclusively for our 100+ SSL certificates for the past 4 years. Great experience thus far! Their website has an easy to understand and intuitive dashboard that makes the management/renewal of certificats a breeze. Their 30 day and 10 day renewal notices are also a great help. My Entrust rep is fantastic! Always gets back to me quickly with answers to my questions. I highly recommend them!
