Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

We've used Entrust for approximately 18months and in that time we've purchased various certificates for precise requirements all of whichhave been met. Entrust has moved us to a management portal service now, having not only been helpful in sort out copies of old billing, but reducing costs and providing a longer term more secure mechanism for certificate management. Their sales and support reps were extremely helpful and easy to access. We are based in the UK and responses were forthcoming within hours not days. We have used other certifcate providers whose portals have been a nightmare to navigate, entrust provide a simple and easy to use system. My only critique is that it doesnt contain historical billing information or present transactions. Other than that we are a satisfied customer.

I've been using Entrust's Certificate Management service for several years now and it makes ordering and renewing certificates very fast and simple. What used to take hours (sometimes days) is now done in only a feww minutes. I couldn't be happier with this Entrust's service.

The Account Manager feature makes it incredibly easy to track all of our certificates and all details involved. I found all representatives very helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anyone that should inquire.

We have a number of sites using Entrust certificates 25+, we manage our own certificates using the Entrust management site. It takes us only a few minutes to create a new certificate or revoke them, and we like having the ability to generate reports and manage the expirations dates. There support has always been very responsive and helpful.

The SSL products are great (we use their Advantage certs and Secure Email Enterprise certs). The price is reasonable (much better than what we used to pay before). Our Account Manager is always helpful and responds promptly. She helps us in our inventory and tracking. She even helps us in opening support questions. The support has always been courteous and good. They take the time in explaining the solution when we have any problem. We always had quick responses from them.

As anyone knows who has shopped for SSL certs, the pricing is rather subjective. It ends up being a balancing act between trust level and price. Entrust has become arguably one of the top two trusted certificate authorities in recent years. What we like is that they maintain a reasonable cost while continuing to provide an easy interface and very responsive support team.

The Entrust Certificate Management service is the most the straight-forward service I have used. Simple setup, access right away, great pricing and very flexible. Makes our IT departments job of managing all of our certificates simple and straight-forward.

When we initially needed certificates, we only needed a couple. The turn around to get these generated was a day or two, which wasn't bad. Now, since we have so many certificates, we have access their management service site. Creating, revoking and renewing certificates couldn't be easier or quicker since we manage these ourselves now.
