Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

As an Entrust Customer we've been using the Entrust Certificate Management services for 3-4 years now. The web based management interface is extremely easy to use and feature rich, including lists of certificates expiring within 30-days, certificate views based on CN's, custom reporting writing tools along with contract information. Overall the solution is pretty complete including on-line howto's for managing certificates with most of the popular web applications on the market. Entrust also provides excellent sales and after sales support, such as you usually feel like you're getting prompt personal attention as opposed to dealing with some of the larger companies which usually force you to jump through several hoops with each call. Given their lower per certificate costs and ease of working with their products and support I would readily give these guys a five star rating.

Costs less than the main competetion and is a great fit for our organizational needs. The management website is intuitive. If you do happen to make a mistake with the website, have no worries. Their customer service is very helpful solving issues.

After checking around the Internet for SSL certificate options and vendors I chose Entrust for all of my organization's SSL certificate needs. The Certificate Management Service (CMS) is a great service they provide. I am able to log on the service and manage all of our certificates. Easily issue, renew, and revoke your certificates without having to contact anyone. See all of the certificates in your organization, the expiration/renewal dates, and even add certificates to your pool easily when you need more. The certificates work with all of our products, vendors, and software without any issues. (Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, Citrix, etc.) For the service, support, and value this is hands down the best service I have used for SSL certificates. Before Entrust it was impossible to keep track of all the certificates for the organization. We had several certificates from multiple vendors with different renewal dates. Many times certificates expired because the right person did not get a renewal notification. Entrust has made SSL certificate management and deployment much easier and IT life simpler. I cannot imagine not having Entrust's service again. The best service, best certificates, and best support for SSL out there!

Entrust certs tend to work well with most all of our software solutions. Getting great support and the ease of managing certificates via the web have been of great benefit.

We use entrust for several of our organizational certificates and will continue to use them. Have the pre-authorized accounts so you can just purchase and change certificates as needed without having to be contacted is amazing. It means you can do server migrations during off hours and not be forced to wait on a response.

Our sales and support staff have been very attentive and prompt and they have given us great deals along the way. We are using Entrust more and more throughout our environment. I would definitly recommend them.

Two of our companies, Abbey Vacation Rentals and Exclusive Getaways have made use of EV certificates through Entrust for a number of years. While Entrust's website is highly capable of managing most things, when a problem or question arises, Entrust's human customer support has proven to be excellent on all occasions. Due to the nature of SSL certificates, when there is an issue, it more than likely needs immediate attention, and we are highly appreciative of the service Entrust provides us at these times.
