Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

I wasn't sure the best way to renew my SAN cert and add new common names at the same time. I sent an email to Entrust support and it created a trouble ticket for me. They called back in a few hours and walked me through the process and helped to troubleshoot an issue with Exchange recognizing the new cert (had to copy the new cert to the User Personal store in addition to the Local Computer store).

Overall, I found the customer service provided by Entrust to be excellent. The first person that I spoke to, although not fully familiar with the technical specifics of their multi-domain certs, was able to connect me to a Sales Executive who was very knowledgeable and able to help me figure out the best product to meet my needs, which turned out to be the UC Multi-Domain SSL certificate. We have 2 websites hosted on the same server, with each website having a French and English domain name, for a total of 4 FQDNs. Being able to have all these on one certificate is great! The validation process was completed in less than a day. I ran into a few snags in the certificate generation process, such as IIS 8.5 on Windows Server 2012 generating a Certificate Request with 1024-bit encryption by default only to find that Entrust required a request with 2048-bit encryption. At least the error message provided was specific enough to let me fix the issue quickly. Once generated and installed, the certificate worked as expected. I have no reservations about recommending Entrust for their excellent customer service.

Certificate Management: Entrust has significantly improved their user interface for managing certificates. I can manage our 120+ certificates much easier and plan our SHA1 -> SHA2 migration strategy much more effectively. Customer Support: I have called customer support multiple times over the past 4 years and there has only been one instance in which I had an unfavorable experience. Even in that experience I was able to provide constructive criticism to better enhance the customer experience. Account Management - Our Account Manager is extremely responsive and even though I may not be able to always reach her on the phone, she usually responds within an hour of sending an email. She has also been very patient in helping me manage our enterprise account and provides the best options based on our certificate utilization.

Akira Technologies, Inc has purchased SSL certificates from Entrust for our customer Department of Homeland Security and Tanya Oostrom has been very helpful. The Entrust team is always very responsive. We look forward to future opportunites that we can work with Entrust on.

Throughout the years, Entrust Sales Rep have a profound value of customer service. This times Susan Saleh and her team have been thoroughly quick in assessing our company needs (e.g. questions, training, SHA-1 incidents, etc).

Susan Saleh is the best Account Manager for Cummins, I can not ask more. Quick response always, immediate addition of certificates, Excellent technical Support always. I never experienced any delay from Entrust. All the best.

The management team and the support team made this a fairly easy purchase. We had to purchase a Hardware Security Token and that took awhile but the installation and use of the Adobe CDS certificate was straightforward once the folks at Entrust educated me on some misconceptions that I had. I needed a lot of hand holding as this was my first time setting this up and the support people were always willing to help and were very knowledgeable. Now that I understand a little more I am confident that their online dashboard will make the next purchase ( and there will be more) very easy.

Since my first interaction with Entrust I have been completely satisfied with the ease and speed of obtaining SSL certificates. Their tech support is efficient and complete. On top of that their sales staff are the most professional I have ever encountered.

David Grossberndt was a huge help. We went from managing multiple renewal dates and CAs to everything co-termed at Entrust. What could be easier. We're a small company with few certificates but were not treated as such by our Account Rep. Excellent customer service.

I have been with the State of Colorado on the Server Team working with SSL certificates in some capacity for more that 8 years and I have always received complete and prompt service. Never disappointed. There are times when I open a incident ticket get busy after resolving the issue, forget to follow up with the Entrust Service rep and the Entrust team will email and/or call to see if I resolved the issue. Entrust has been the best vendor that I work with.
