Getting a certificate was easy, figuring out how to get it on my server, not so much. Entrust support was extremely helpful in getting that done. Their service didn't end at issuing a certificate and the support people were very patient with this certificate novice. Couldn't have asked for more.

We've been migrating away from Symantec/Verisign who used to be the king of the hill in this area and it's been a great experience thus far. Entrust has had better tools and a far better support experience. They've made extra effort to work with us on the private certificate side to test it out and make sure it would work for us which was a great.

I talked with Patrick who answered all my questions, offered the ability to invoice and got a presales engineer on the line to answer deeper technical issues.
