Decent Service and price through Enom

I have bought hundreds of rapidssl, quickssl and quickssl premium certs from geotrust via enom. I'll admit, I'm extremely proficient with making CSRs and installing certs, but I think overall their software and price is good. the certs usually come in about 3-5 minutes, and if you know how to make a CSR and how to make your PEM files, their system is quite easy to use. About 3-5 times (out of hundreds of requests) I have had them hold up a cert and I had to call customer service to get it released. I don't know why. they did answer the phone quickly and they were polite, but i had to wait up to 8 hours for the cert.
