Four weeks of waiting and still no certificate

Overall Rating:
Product: True BusinessID with EV

Reference Order Number: 8051562 I ordered TrueBusinessID with EV for a customer on Nov 15th 2011, the ordering process was okay, went actually smoothly - shortly after sending the required legal documents for verification. The process lasted about a week. Until the process where the verification calls have to be arranged... I've done what the order status site told me, gone to the support page and sent them a message when they can call the customer and I should let them upto 3 days to answer the request. They started making the calls about a week after that message but they've made the calls outside the times I've told them, like calling in the midnight (GMT+1). The customer called back and they can't reach them, so then I called the support... One out of four tries with about 10 to 15 mins of waiting, I've finally gotten through the lines. They told me that the current account manager is currently busy and asked me if it's okay if he can call me back. He never called me back. On December 15th 2011, I've finally cancelled the order upon the wish of the customer, saying that they're so incompetent to call on arranged times, wishing he would never see or hear anything from them.
