They don't tell you everything in the first phase and procastinate the process

In the first phase we were happy to have them because our trust was full to them to get the SSL certificate, they always needed some documents partly by partly and took our time allot, on the other hand they told us to find a Turkish speaker to talk with our officals but they never did. So basically they do not take responsibility and keep their promises, we have provided them all the offical files but in the end they needed them hard copied, even our lawyer and trade commerce letter was offical and could be checked online on their offical website. So anyways we had to cancel our order, it was a time wasting experince and really effected our business.
