I bought a certificate from them (I thought) and they say it was from a reseller. All info and instruction came from GeoTrust and when I asked for help they would not help even though their email said to contact them (GeoTrust). They said I had to go to the reseller whom I had no knowledge of. This is the worst 'customer support' I have ever experienced!
