I needed organisational SSL certs as a matter of urgency and they pulled out all the stops to ensure that I received them as quickly as possible with a fantastically quick turnaround! Every member of their team that I spoke to was as helpful as the last and displayed a rare level of customer service! So, Chris Page, Charlie Place, Rick Kramer, Emily and Nuno (sp?) youre on my xmas card list! I will only be dealing with Globalsign in the future - I cant recommend them highly enough!

Recently renewed wildcard ssl for my webdesgin customer from ssl2buy and surprised with instant issuance process and support is amazing 24/7, can't believe they work on holidays also. Last year I paid $149 to alphassl.com and this time renewal just for $49 with ssl2buy.com. I regularly buy wildcard ssl for our webdesign customers and now I wish to stick with ssl2buy only. I strongly recommend wildcard ssl hungers, try ssl2buy once.

Their client area doesn't work, they take up to weeks before processing a certificate, they don't (or very late) respond to emails. I'm moving to a different provider..

I can't recommend GlobalSign highly enough for their customer service, I am completely new to SSL certificates and had some issues with setting them up on my domain, my control panel, and setting them up as the default on my IP address too for a Facebook application. (Some of our clients still use Windows XP and IE8 so there were more security issues than we anticipated). I used their online chat on their website and they were polite, responsive and friendly. They also emailed me appropriate documents and even phoned me to make sure that I understood everything correctly. The problem got solved within the hour. Just brilliant.

Couldn't ask better. Personally I am not a technical person and never thought about having to install an SSL Certificate on a website... but there is always a first time and I've found the customer support (all the European team) really helpful - immediate responses - the "chat" tool works really well. I had issues installing the root - intermediate and certificate itself and the customer support immediately recognize what the issue was and promptly supported me. Now everything is in place and works properly. I don't usually write reviews but this time I thought it was the right thing to do. Thanks again.

We use a hosting company that provides GlobalSign SSL certificates. It took a month to get our certificate issued after the paper work was turned over because the original officer lost the paper work, the second officer went on vacation after the process was almost complete and finally the third officer made the certificate the same day I filed a complaint.

I bought a wildcard certificate that was issued by Globalsign but was branded as AlphaSSL. I got this through a reseller I found on google called dirtcheapwildcard.com. Only had to pay $79 bucks for it too. I have never seen a wildcard certificate so cheap before.
