OK as long as you don't need to call support

Product: SSL Web Server Certificate

Thawte SSL certificates work fine. There are no problems getting them issued or with popular browsers accepting them. However, the Thawte support staff are terrible. Thawte is in the process of implementing a change to the seal/badge that they allow their Certificate Customers to show on their sites. I have received a number of duplicate emails from Thawte about this change even though I made the required changes on my site after receiving the first email. I have tried emailing and calling to have them stop sending the duplicate emails, but they say they can't do anything about it since the emails are automated. They won't even transfer me to the voice mail of someone in the department responsible for sending the emails. After arguing with the support rep about being transferred, I informed him that he had 3 choices: 1) Transfer me to the appropriate voice mail, 2) Transfer me to his supervisor or 3) I would be taking my business elsewhere. After this I was put on "indefinite" hold while the support rep tried to find someones voice mail to transfer me to. I guess I'll be taking by SSL Certificae business to company that isn't owned by Verisign.
