Huge Price! Awful Service! 4 Days and still waiting

Product: Wildcard Certificate

All I wanted to do was renew our Wildcard SSL Certificate. Just renew it. It's now week two. Yes WEEK TWO, not day two. I was told I had to have an enterprise account, so I said OK. This took a day to sort out. A DAY! Then I was told I needed to make a false purchase of 30 "Credits" worth of SSL Wildcard credits? I have no idea why. This was to authorise me as an enterprise customer. Then I needed to use theses credits to "buy" the certificate. We wanted one to cover three servers. Yes they charge by the server, even though it's a wildcard SSL certificate. £2,700 later. I couldn't do it, as their web interface says I have to purchase licensing for a minimum of five servers. So I email them back and a they say do it for five and they will make the adjustments. This took about a week to get through. In the mean time they have no UK bank account so we had to pay in dollars. We don't have a company credit card so we had to send someone to the bank in person to make the transfer. All this has taken 10 emails and 12 days. We still have no certificate, and they have our money. The enterprise account page says that processing takes 2 days or less. It has been four since I was even able to make the order on their page. Also they couldn't give us an invoice with the actual order number on it, so I don't know if that's gonna bounce back from our Finance department.
