After migrating to the new host I had to do the IT part myself of the website, our SSL Certificate was almost expired then I have contacted Thawte Support over the chat interface and they guided me all the way providing clear steps and suggesting the best route of action, while I was chatting with them the Tech guy transferred me to the Sales department, they quickly processes my order and transferred me back to the Tech guy and he helped me installing the certificate, its allot of work to do the SSL certificates, it looked impossible on my own, I had no prior experience but with their help I installed the new SSL Certificate flawlessly! Many Thanx Thawte!
