GlobalSign offers best price of certificate and provides excellent support.

Form ordering until get it installed all done took us quite a while. The online ordering system is easy to get through, and very quick to get response which is great. The price is good vs. other supplier and reasonable. Some processing steps confused people, normally as a compnay, the order person is not the engineer, so there is lots of concept that the purchasing people really got confusing. The support is not some kind of strange, there is an online chat is very good way to support engineers but it's sometime gone without any hope. The support phone listed is all time answering machine, it should not marked as tech support number, should ref as support voice mailbox.

Customer support stayed on the phone with me for two hours while we resolved the problems.

I moved our SSL certificates from Thawte to GlobalSign earlier this year. I have found GlobalSign to be very easy to work with and competitively priced. I have had some difficulties with using their Certificate Center for Managed SSL, but only because I use the wrong option when requesting certificates. My sales rep told me they are addressing this in an upcoming revision to the management console. Overall, my level of satisfaction with GlobalSign is high.

GlobalSign provides an extensive online library that covers everything from generating the CSR to installing the SSL on any number of platforms. Our account executive touches base with us at regular intervals to make sure everything is going well. When I purchased the wrong type of SSL for our needs, our account executive called to let me know I needed a different SSL for this particular need and walked me through the process of getting the correct SSL. Not only did I end up with the correct type of SSL, my organization even saved a few dollars!

I had some issues (because of my lack of ssl knowledge) and they had a tech call and walk me through things in a matter of hours. We were able to work out a fair price and I am confident our customers appreciate the security globalsign offers when they place orders with us!

Globalsign has some of the best customer service skills that I have seen. Calls are returned, they are very helpful, Michelle has gone out of her way to make sure that any questions that I had were answered promptly. Ordering certificates are easy and they are delivered within a few minutes. They don't up charge for SAN certificates as my last vendor did. GeoTrust was my old provider and their Customer Services skills were nonexistent. Thanks GloblaSign.

Switched from another provider and was amazed at the difference. The interface is easy to use and there are a ton of options. Our account representative has been very helpfull in keeping us informed on our account and any actions we may need to take. Am very pleased with GlobalSign.
